Shipping Policy

ABOUT THE SEND  

 

Shipping Deadline: up to 5 working days from January 10th

 

Shipping deadline:

PAC option - between 5 and 15 working days. 

Conventional Shipping - between 7 and 20 business days.

 

These deadlines are established by the Post Office. However, due to the pandemic of the new coronavirus, the Post Office is facing problems with closed agencies, reduction in the number of employees, among other adversities caused by the moment we are facing. Therefore, some locations are experiencing delays in deliveries.  

 

If you opted for conventional shipping (limited tracking), or if your purchase entitles you to free shipping, the tracking status of your order will only update the postage date and delivery date at the destination. Therefore, you will only see OBJECT POSTED or POSTED AFTER HOURS.  

 

Wrong/incomplete address:

Always check that the shipping address is correct. In cases where the addresses are wrong/incomplete, the order is returned here to our stock, and the reshipment can be done by paying a new shipping fee.

PROBLEMS THAT OCCUR...

 

If the order is lost by the Post Office, you can choose to fully refund the purchase price or resend the product (if available in stock) at no additional cost;

 

Colors may vary in tone due to monitor configuration, parts are printed in batch at supplier according to output. So get in touch to clear up your doubts;

RETURNS  &  CANCELLATIONS

 

1) Deadlines

 

According to the rules of the CDC (Consumer Protection Code), the customer who makes purchases over the internet has up to 7 (seven) days, after receiving the product, to register his withdrawal. The refunded amount will be for the merchandise only, excluding others, such as: shipping, discounts, packaging and insurance.

 

2) Return of the goods

 

The goods must be returned through the Sedex or PAC service, by the Post Office, at the address on the invoice, and the cost will be borne by the customer. All orders sent by freight collect will be refused. The packaging is the customer's responsibility and must meet the requirements of the Post Office.

 

The product must be returned in its original packaging, with no damage to the box, accompanied by all accessories, manuals, etc.

 

The product can not show any evidence of use.

 

Attention!

 

The product that does not meet the conditions required above will not be accepted as a return, being automatically sent to the address of origin. Under these conditions, we reserve the right to charge a new freight charge.

Returns Policy

REIMBURSEMENT

Credit card: The chargeback may occur in up to 2 subsequent invoices, according to the policy of your card operator.

Bank slip, TED or PIX: Credit in a checking account indicated by the buyer, within 5 days after approval of the return.
